2024 Contestants are here!
Visit the Google Form before the end of the day on December 16th to vote for your favorite 2024 lights! One entry per email. Winner announced 12/20!
Decorators:
If you are decorating your house for the contest, have your lights up by December 9th. Musical and sound displays are discouraged to allow for silent nights and the twinkling peacefulness of these early, dark winter nights.
Judging and Voting:
Between December 9-12th, our wonderful team of judges will be driving around the neighborhood during the evenings and will nominate six different homes thought to be the 'best' of the neighborhood.
From December 13–16th, neighbors (that's you!) vote for their favorite light display via a Google survey form that GTNA will post here on the website and on our Facebook page. Only one entry (vote) per email will be accepted.
Winners will be announced after 8 p.m. on December 20thon the GTNA Facebook page and published in the following “Stump” edition. Please note that winners from the past three years will not be eligible. The neighborhood looks forward to seeing your amazing house display!
Prizes will be delivered by the coordinators by December 21st. Winning displays will receive a prize! A light-up award for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for display on their lawn through the holiday season, a gift card, as well as a certificate for a free Greentree Association membership (admittedly, the traveling light-up awards will need to be collected in January for reuse in subsequent years...)

Let's Get YOU Involved in the Neighborhood Holiday Lighting Contest! The Greentree Neighborhood Association offers "bragging rights" to the first-, second-, and third-place homes with the most festive holiday lighting decorations. Ninety households voted for last year's winners - let's reach 100 this year!
Gift cards and membership certificates are part of the winnings, and winners from the previous year serve as the judges. Voting for nominated houses happens in December with a shared survey! More information about this yearly event appears in the in the fall "Stump" newsletter.
