About the Annual Greentree Neighborhood Garage Sale


  • Typically held every year in May, from 8am–3pm on a Friday and Saturday

The 2025 GTNA garage sale will be Friday and Saturday,
May 16 and 17, from 8 am – 3 pm both days. 

Deadline for signing up is Saturday, May 10.

Garage Sale locations of participating homes, sale items, and photos will be listed on our Garage Sale special website. A QR code also takes you to the garage sale website, including the neighborhood map, which will be posted the week of the sale.


A paper map with item descriptions of all participating homes will also be available to treasure hunters.

If you want to participate and be included on the list of homes, contact Helen Sheahan at GreentreeGarageSales@gmail.com or 608-692-7553 no later than Saturday, May 10. Late garage sale
registrations may NOT be included on the map and garage sale website due to time constraints.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • When signing up, please include your name, phone number, house address, and general theme
  • or description or “big” item(s) to be offered at your sale.
  • You are invited to send one to three (1–3) digital photos of your items to
  • GreentreeGarageSales@gmail.com with your sign up.
  • The photos need to be included when signing up. Photos and sale descriptions will be posted on
  • the GTNA Garage Sale website (space permitting) along with the on-line neighborhood map.
  • Unless stated otherwise, it will be assumed that your house will participate in BOTH days for
  • the entire time of the sale.
